Is this 780watt g7 psu any good?

I'll be frank,looks like junk to me!
Any 700+w psu with only 2 x PCI-E = crap
The stated output is 780W max not continuous output.
So it's really a 600W or so at most.
You get what you pay for.
Quality/reliable 500-600W units cost that much and have 3+year warranties.

amd 6770 1gb gddr5
1 terabyte hard drive
dvd-rom drive
 
All the units i listed will run your specs no problem.
They're all 80+ certified from reliable makers and their power ratings are continuous not max.
The 500W+ units are a better investment because they'll cover any future upgrades like a newer gpu in the future.
The OZC ZS is nice for under 50.
