hi i am buying a core 2 duo E4600 2.40 Ghz and i was woundering what thermal past would be best to use dont want a crappy gineric one but dont know much about this area of the market

also any recomendations on heat sink and fan would be nice

I would reccomend Arctic Silver 5 as the thermal paste.It's very good but you have to wait until after the curing period to see the results.Make sure you read the info about the curing period on Arctic's website if you decide to use it.
