Why my hard disk is not accessible when installation is going on

Hello,
why my hard disk is not access? when installation is going on and setup did not access this disk . this message is showing .

Were going to need a bit more info.
What operating system?
Is it a new computer?
Are you installing form a DVD or a USB drive?
Here is a thought. Window 7 will not allow you to install to a drive that is not bootable. So make sure your drive is a set as bootable in the bios.
