Go to the Corsair web site, and access their ram configurator.
Enter your motherboard, and you will get a list of supported ram kits.
If the kit is on the list, you are good.

I am too lazy to do this for you.

Nope, your mobo only supports clock 1866(O.C.) or less max.

@ 2 x DIMM, Max. 8GB, DDR3 1866(O.C.)/1600(O.C.)/1333/1066 MHz ECC, Non-ECC, Un-buffered Memory

Actually Nikorr you are incorrect that memory will work in the board it will just be clocked down to a lower speed by the Bios. After a bit of searching the memory they bought is 2133Mhz but thats max speed. Here's the specs on the memory:

8GB (2x4GB) DDR3
11-11-11-27 latency
Dual Channel Kit
240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM
Vengeance Blue low profile heat spreader for styling and performance
Intel XMP (Extreme Memory Profile) Support

Specifications:

Warranty: Lifetime
Size: 8GB Kit (2 x 4GB)
Performance Profile: XMP
Fan Included: No
Heat Spreader: Vengeance
Memory Configuration: Dual Channel
Memory Type: DDR3
Package - Memory Pin: 240
Package - Memory Format: DIMM
Tested Voltage: 1.5
SPD Voltage: 1.5
Speed Rating: PC3-17000 (2133MHz)
SPD Speed: 1600Mhz
Tested Speed: 2133Mhz
Tested Latency: 11-11-11-27
SPD Latency: 9-9-9-24
The speed setting is within the motherboards specs, although the 1600Mhz spec is listed as O.C., but it should work just fine.

All right, I should correct myself here : ))

Right, it will work, I assume, people know that it will just get down-clocked to the CPU specs speed, just not at the speed of 2133MHz

Thanx for the correction.
