No audio and USB device no recognized

Hi all.

I recently bought a new power supplier (600 watt, as the previous one) and a new graphic card.
After installing these new devices I found 2 problems:

1. absolutely no audio output from my computer (mp3, system sounds, videos,...)
2. USB devices are not recognized at all even if I'm sure that current is flowing (I can recharge my mp3-layer through USB ports).

I've already installed up-to-date drivers of Realtek (for audio problems) and BIOS/chipset (for USB problems), tried to uninstall and reinstall them, I also checked, in BIOS, if USB devices were enabled. No problems are detected in hardware/device manager.

Could someone help me?

Motherboard: Asus P5K PRO.

Additional information:
- 8/8 usb ports not working (integrated and not integrated)
- reinstalled Windows XP and same problems happened.
