Ghost in the machine. Clock in the Bios resets itself.

Hey guys,

For some reason, the clock in my bis resets it self. It always resets itself to PST and I am not doing anything on the computer related to the Bios or the time functions.

I was however doing things on the computer before I noticed that the time had changed. I disabled two items in the device manager. Both of them were for the broadcom ethernet that I don't use. That's not time related but I did do it.

I am overclocking @ 46 multiplyer.

Can anyone offer any insight to what is going on and how to fix it?

Thanks in advance,
