Dell latitude D600 will not boot up after Blue Screen

It's an old Pentium M laptop.

"will not boot up" actually describes a range of issues. Can you be more specific? Does it begin to boot up? Do you see something on the screen?
Or does nothing at all happen when you press the button?

If there's data you need on the hard drive it might be best if you get that cloned before you try any sort of repair... although with an older laptop there may not be a lot you can do.

The laptop does nothing. I think it is history.

unplug laptop. remove battery. wait at least 2 mins (important). replace battery. press the power button. what happens? any lights flicker? any sounds of fans or disk running? Anything at all appear on the screen ?

try unplugging, removing battery, removing ram, then press power button for 30 secs or a minute... put ram back, plug pc, try turning on the pc (turn on without battery)

i think you should mention the OS you are having on your dell latitude...also the which blue screen error you got....
