I want a ati 6950. I have done research and found a web site that gives a ton of useful facts. Anandtech, the website, has a list of frame rates for the card you want to look at/compare. I am wondering if it is the minimum frame rate of the average or max.

Unless stated otherwise somewhere, benchmarks are usually maximum frame rates.

Sometimes, x-bit labs gives you the whole graphic of the FPS'es.

They take longer to make the reviews, but that lil' "feature" is a very welcome one.

Cheers!
