There are quite a few referenced to this product line, most of them problems with finding drivers apparently this is the home site (but hope your Chinese language skills are good): www.manly.com.tw
Assuming this is a simple wireless adapter and not all that recent it's unlikely that a Win7 drivers has been written for it. Maybe if you can fathom which chipset it uses, there'll be a generic driver for that. If no joy dump it and buy a different cheap one which includes a Win7 driver on disk -- or, preferably buy a recognised brand where after sales support is more accessible.
