What motherboard should I get?

I'm going to build my first gaming rig eventually but I'm completely stumped as to what motherboard I need.

CPU: intel i5-2500k
HDD: WD caviar black 1TB
RAM: G skill Trident-X (4x4) F3-2400C10Q-16GTX 16GB
GPU: Gainward GTX670 phantom 2GB
PSU: Antec High current gamer 750w
Case: Thermaltake Black overseer RX-i
Sound card: Asus Xonar DG 5.1 PCI

As I'm going to build this myself I want to make sure all the parts actually fit in the motherboard, anything under $200 would be preferable.

Yeah, the Extreme4-m is Micro ATX and the Extreme4 is full size ATX. The Extreme4-m also doesn't have any normal PCI slots (which you'll need for you sound card).

Go with this one, I suppose. Not quite as good as the Z77 Extreme4, but it'll do. ASRock Z68 Pro3 Intel Mainboard

I can get the ASRock Z77 Extreme4 for $155 or the ASRock Z77 Pro4 for $145, is it worth the extra $10?
