Gonna be using a i7-3770k for my CPU, and wanted to know which board is better for general use, some video/photo editing, and gaming.

Thanks!

That's really up to personal choice. I like the Sabertooth better myself, but that's just because I like the way it looks.

If you need a board with onboard WiFi and PCI slots, go with the P8Z77-V, otherwise the Sabertooth is basically the same besides the number of USB ports and headers.

Comparison between them to help you out. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Productcompare.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007627&IsNodeId=1&CompareItemList=280|13-131-820^DM%2C13-131-821^sCB&bop=And&ActiveSearchResult=True&Type=1&Item=N82E16813131820

For OC'ing I would choose the Sabertooth Z77, and just looking at that side-by-side the Sabertooth can support at least DDR3-2666 and the QVL lists DDR3-2400 kits.

As far as WiFi I really do not recommend WiFi for Desktops and instead CAT-5e/6 or PowerLine.
