Hi, I am new to the forum and the reason i registered is because i have a problem with a motherboard M2A-VM . It all started when I wanted to attach a 40mm fan to the southbridge because it was maybe above 70 degrees (although motherboard sensors tells its overall temperature is 35 ) but just when i thought i had it attached the screw hit a transistor near by and damaged it .And if that wasn't enough it damaged it in a way i cant read the transistors Id ,i even looked it with a microscope but its completely unreadable .
So my request is if any one has that motherboard to tell me the transistors Id. I m working in a computer repair shop so finding the transistor and welding it wont be hard.

here is where the transistor is:

Well the story had a happy end :) . I didn't understood the ID of the transistor but i soldered a transistor which was most common for the motherboard its Id is "JC" and everything worked :) . There was something strange though i had to reinstall a "microsoft uaa bus driver" but everything finished just fine.

Well I send them an email but they replayed that i need to call them via telephone. And i decided that i don't have to spend 5-10 $ (in my country foreign calls are really expensive you know) to tell me that they can't help me , i better replace the how motherboard for 20 $ or so. So i figured i don't have anything to lose and I experimented with the motherboard , i guess i was lucky to have everything kicking again ,who knows .
