^ They will work together, but I would suggest the 955 instead of the 965,... Even the 955 has unlocked multiplier and same chip but different frequency,...

Mobo - Why not get something a little better??

PSU - Definitely a better quality one if you want it to last long,...

CASE - Rather than looks go for better performance when using a graphic card,... But its your call though...

RAM - 4GB would be fine for gaming, as there is about 1GB on the card...
