PC wont boot, need help

Ok, I just built my new system over a month ago. Everything was working fine. Then I got home today and went to turn it on... nothing...I took the side off and I can see that 2 fans are trying to spin, they kind of jiggle, and thats it. Ive tried different cord, outlets. Ive unplugged it for a while and still nothing. Its a new Enermax 1020w 85+. Any suggestions, do you think it is a PSU or something else, never seen this issue....

Ok I can tell now, that it trys to start up, no noise or anything just fans try to move for a second, I hear a light click then fans try to move again, click, try to move

and this is without pushing the power button at all, all the fans move breifly without pressing anything, just plugging in the power cord

I would verify the PSU first before switching out the mobo.

Jumpered the PSU, harddrives and such started to spin, doesnt look like PSU issue.
