Asus Sabertooth 990FX the best bang for my buck?

I have a pretty basic gaming rig, but sadly 2 of my ram slots were defective on me and I am looking into getting a new mobo. I am pretty new at this but I have done my research the best I can and feel the Asus Sabertooth 990FX is the best I can get for my money. Would anyone with a little more experience confirm or correct me on this?

Asus Sabertooth 990FX is as good as it gets.

Quality mobo withe extra quality parts for heavy duty usage and is super stable, even when pushed to the limit : )

That is why this series gets 5 years of warranty.

Great OC and cooling control.
