Looks pretty good. Two things... Consider adding another 120mm fan to the Hyper 212+ so the two fans are in a push / pull configuration. Should keep you plenty cool when overclocking... Second, 750w is a large PSU for a single GPU. If you plan on adding a second GTX 570 down the road then you are good (maybe bump that to 850w), otherwise a 550w / 650w PSU is fine for the single GTX 570. Stick with Corsair, Antec or Seasonic (don't see XFX on their web site.) Enjoy that machine!
