What does this mean?

When i open up CPU-Z to check my specs, i go to mainboard and the manufacturer is there but it the model is 'To be filled by O.E.M' What does this mean plz help???

It's a generic board that doesn't have an identifier.

An OEM is a company like Dell or HP that gets custom, unbranded parts instead of the brand-name ones that you'd buy if you got them on your own. You should be able to find the motherboard specs by Googling the model of your computer.
