Computer beeps blue screen then restarts

First post and new to the whole building computer game. Thought it would be fun to get into but now it's being a pain in my rear. I recently installed everything per manual for each part and booted it up and low and behold it loaded first try. Everything was going smooth until i tried to install my driver for my ethernet port. It kept telling me that it was in deep sleep mode and the cable was unplugged or something. So i did some reasearch and they told me to fix the problem to pull the ram for a good ten minutes and let the cmos reset. I did so and then when i tried to boot up again it keeps resetting after one beep. My mainboard is working corectly as i can tell. I can get to bios and i have tried to load the factory and fail safe settings with no prevail. Windows starts to load then flashes a blue screen and restarts all over again. Unfortunatly the blue screen flashes so fast that i cannot read anything that is on it. Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Go back into BIOS, there should be a setting to halt to immediate reboot in the event of a blue screen.
