Pci express x 16 video card

Hello,
Can somebody tell me which are the right kind of video cards (not for gaming) that would fit into a PCI-Express X 16 slpot and woulf provide HDMI interface along with other types of video outputs?

I could recomend this card but then I don't know what you want to use it for and I don't know if you computer will run this card. It would help a lot if you gave us some information so were not just guessing. The power supply is very important as this card needs a 400w power supply and it also needs 116w of power with a 6 pin power connector , some information would be helpful.

For a non-gaming rig this is good = actually play some games.
Hd 6450(64bit) = better then a 5450

Thanks izone for responding. I need the card just for connecting the HD output from the computer to the LCD TV and digital audio output for inputtinhg it to the audio amplifier. Gaming is not my requirement.
The card may have HDMI out, Digital video out and digital audio out ports. I have c2D P IV processor supported by 2GB DDR2. SMPS present is rated as 400 w. Please help me buying a not very expensive yet capable of delivering quality output graphics card.
