Powerfull Mid range cards comparison

Let me clear the very 1st thing......

and i m going to run in 17" crt monitor i.e 1024X768 default resolution
now i have three cards in mind
1. gtx 460 1GB
2. radeon hd 6870
3. radeon hd 6850
pls suggest the most suitable card based on performance, heat, power consumption
m confused !@#$%^

if u wanna choose between these card then go with HD 6870 .

If you arent gonna upgrade the monitor, you would be fine with something akin to a 6770 or a 550 GTS.
