my lapy turn off automatically and when we restart beep sound come after 2-3 days again start and some times run well and again same problem created repeated...

I think it is the RAM problem. Taking out the RAM cleaning it and refixing it will solve in most cases.But but by the way How old it is, whether it is under warranty by dell, and you yourself can open it and clean it or take it to a technician well versed in laptop service especially dell laptops.
