SLI not working

I ran a diagnostic with SiSoft and it said that "no PCIe device was detected" !?

Yet I have two GTX460 cards installed. This could be why SLI is not working but how could that be possible? could PCIe actually be disabled?

Some motherboards have switches to turn off pci e slots off the top of my head the asus rampage does you might want to check that.
