Difference between overclocked gigabyte 6850 and normal saphire 6850?

just wondering if theres any difference between the two, is it better to have an overclocked gpu? and will it burn it out faster?

So the Gigabyte will be a better buy obviously, it just simply means that it will run faster, also, when factory OC'ed the manufacturer OC's it to be faster than reference, so it will not "burn out". And since the parts for the Gigabyte model are Ultra Durable it gives you some what of a comfort zone from the rest.
