Motherboard fast enough for gtx 680?

And a gtx 680.
But the gtx680 as 2gb memory and the motherboard specs say its maxed to 1gb or 1.6gb does that matter or not?

Other specs i7-2600 ,corsair bluider cx600w v2 , (old videocard-gt545) , (old motherboerd- micro atx medion stock)

Both will run it. you will have a good machine with it
