noobie sony memory stick question

Hi

I own a sony dsc p73 and a small (regular) memory stick. I need to buy a
larger stick, this time a "pro" so I can also get 30fps movies. I have
noticed that I can now also purchase high speed or ultra pro sticks now too.
Will there be any differences between a "ms pro" and a "ms pro high speed"
with my hardware for successive picture taking? What about usb uploading?

I am also thinking of buying a duo with adapter to allow for more
compatibility with other devices like mobiles and psps etc. I assume duo
speeds are also the same?
