Will this all work together, and can anyone see any better choices? It is primarily going to be used for CAD (Solidworks) and some data analysis in excel.

It will all work fine , but [ theres always a but ]

You wont need a 750 watt psu .
A 550 watt psu is more appropriate , and even then you could spend the money you save on a more powerful quadro and still be well inside the power draw.

Unless you intend to overclock then just buy the 2500 without the K

The caviar black is a good drive , but the samsung F3 is better . Id use two . One for back ups , or just set them up in raid 1 for real time redundancy

The case wouldnt be my first choice either . Gaming cases are usually noisier than I'd want in an office . This is personal choice but I'd probably replace the psu amd case with

maxxed out its going to draw under 200 watts

even a 300 watt psu would suffice , and a 500 watt unit give over heads to run more powerful graphics or a bunch of extra hard drives
