You can use the video card on the new motherboard. m 0 l FinneousPJ November 9, 2011 7:18:04 AM I'd say not worth it. Why do you say it's worth upgrading to 2600K when he's already getting 120 fps? m 0 l bumnut53 November 9, 2011 7:45:03 AM If you are already getting good framerates, why upgrade? I would only upgrade to a 120hz monitor for 3D. Upgrading to a 2600k would be a lot of $ for small improvement. m 0 l simon12 a b À AMD a b C Monitor November 9, 2011 7:52:17 AM ^+1 m 0 l Wasai November 10, 2011 4:02:56 AM Isn't 120hz means I can see 120fps? wouldn't that be a huge upgrade over 60hz and only seeing 60fps? m 0 l amuffin a b À AMD November 10, 2011 6:20:07 AM Wasai said:Isn't 120hz means I can see 120fps? wouldn't that be a huge upgrade over 60hz and only seeing 60fps? No, but the human eye can only see 60fps so there would be no point. It would just be for the self satisfaction m 0 l simon12 a b À AMD a b C Monitor November 10, 2011 11:30:35 AM Its not as clear cut as your eyes can only see X frames per second and many people claim that a 120Hz monitor does look better and many say its the same. You should definately try one to try and see if you notice any difference before you buy one. m 0 l Can't find your answer ? Ask !
