HI my CPU on cpu-z randomly will change from 4 multiplier to 11 boosting the core speed to 2310.2mhz and under 4 multiplier to 840mhz is this afffecting my overall performance from my cpu? it regularly is on 4 multiplier. How can I fix this. I should be getting a stock 2.9ghz. Is it a bios issue? or is this normal?

    Hi.

It's normal, AMD CPUs have a feature called Cool'n'Quite that slow down the frequency of your CPU when it's not in heavy use for save power and reduce temps in CPU. You can disable it in BIOS to get your CPU always running at 2.9GHz
