And can i run them together in Xfire? Thx for help

They are not exactly the same. The GPU chip is the same, so they can crossfire no problem, but one has the reference design, and one doesn't. You'll find the reference design pushes all the air out the back of the case, but doesn't keep the card itself quite as cool, and will be louder when the fan is turned up. The reference card will have a bios switch as a backup safety measure if you flash the card.

Yes, they are basically the same, and you can run them in crossfire.
