What's the difference between memory voltage?

Which one should I pick?
I was looking for ivy-bridge compatible memory and I found these pretty good, but what voltage should I choose: 1.25, 1.35 or 1.50 ?

Low voltage can help reduce power consumption and lower overall system temperature...as long as your platform can use them

low voltages are not standard, but as the picture indicates, these rams can also run under standard voltage...so, if the price is the same or very close, use low voltage ones
