8 or 16 gig of RAM
a couple of hard drives
maybe a GRAPHICS CARD , maybe not depending on usage

RAM: Transcend 8GB
HDD: 1TB
Casing: Thermaltake Dokker
Power Supply: Thermaltake- 650W
PCI-EX: ATI Radeon HD 5870

Is it ok for 3d works or should I go for Intel Core i7???

You can invest the spare cash in a second monitor, which for graphic design will probably be more useful than anything else...
