Memory compatibility

Hey all, Looking for some help I just recieved 2 2gb g skill memory sticks http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1682023127 from my bro. I have this motherboard http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3759#sp and this memory already installed http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231443 is it all compatible? never really opened my computer before recieved it second hand just recently is it it as easy as plug in and play or is there specifics i should now. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

it ought not cause any problem. the blue ones are CL8 and the red ones are CL9. the CL8 ought to "downclock" to the CL9 timing. if you get any flonkness going on, boot into the BIOS and check the timings.
