Cabinet for Asus P8Z68-M PRO ??????

Hello frnds,

I am going to buy Asus P8Z68-M PRO for core i5 2500k.
i am having following ques....

1) is it microATX board ???

2) if yes then plz suggest me a cabinet for mobo .

3) and will FSP saga II 500w will work for it fine ????

4) is CM Elite 311 or CM Elite 310 will be good option ???

5) is big size graphics card can be put into such system ???? (sinse it is microATX)

6) plz tell me diff between ATX and microATX ..( which is adv ? )

can anybuddy tell me price of Asus P8Z68-M PRO and Intel Core i5 2500k from india (mumbai / navi mumbai) ?

Yes it is a micro atx motherboard, but you could get a better atx board for the same price. Cabinet you mean case right? we need to know your budget. Atx has more features than matx and usually supports multiple gpu setups and has more space between pcie slots etc. Get atx if I were you.

For the prices check you local shops on online stores.

mATX as mentioned does not provide decent features that you look for in a case. Some are so small that fitting one single big card is a problem. CM Elite 430 is a good case. We need a budget. What are the parts that are going to go in.

Also if possible get a better PSU.

for mobo i would like to go Z68 chipset but my budget is 9500 INR. atmost. [ plz specify gigabyte/asus OR i will go for Intel boards ? ]

is FSP saga II 500w is good option ??

i somewhere found that wire lenghs are small.

if i bought FSP saga II 500w with CM Elite 311( I like it ) whether i face wire length problem ????

I think already went over your mobo questions in another thread. Look through that. Z68 boards in 9500 INR is not possible. They would at least cost you more than 12000 INR.

i cannot ignore i5 2500k ( sinse has intel HD 3000 than 2500's Intel HD 2000 )

Plz suggest H67 board with max 6000 INR with usb 3.0 ( GB or ASUS )

i am not going to OC but my query is that ( i5 2500k + H67 ) will work fine ????

sinse i am not going to buy GPU now (most probably 3 months later )

Yeah it should not be a problem. Check out some Asus boards of the H67 series. They should be good and look at the price!

I would get a z68 board, considering you aren't going to get a discrete graphics card and will be using the onboard grpahics.

Unfortunately his budget is lower than all the Z68 boards available in the country! The OP has some decisions to make!
