Lost on ram

I cant seem to find any 8gb 1866 mhz ram chips in Denmark AT ALL! Conflict with nocturna d14 becouse they are too high. Then I seach for 1600 mhz and BAM!
Lots of options here.

Which should I go for?
Are they quad channel compatible?

I will fit them in a kit of 32gb (4x8) on Asus Rampage extreme IV

Is it a shame to lower to 1600 mhz? Should I chose another cooler instead?

Keep the cooler. There is not much difference in the RAM world between them.

U can overclock the RAM to 1866MHz if u want.
