Hello,
I would like to have a list of the laptops that already have UEFI.
I've done a little research with no results.
Thank you in advance.

Hello jhonyrod;

I haven't seen any shipping from the MFRGs with UEFI yet. But I've read about some people doing UEFI BIOS upgrades (occasionally with mixed or awkward results).

Ok, thanks, I think I'll carry on my convertible tablet quest.
Do you people know any with ATI or nVidia graphics?, everyone I've seen have Intel HD

Most Intel (not AMD!) based laptops (and desktops by the way) have had UEFI based firmware on them for the last five/six years, but almost all have had the CSM (compatibility Support Module) hard coded into it, to make it look like it was a legacy BIOS running, allowing BIOS-based OSs to load.

This practice is slowly changing. HP has a lot of systems in the marketplace that allow you to expose the UEFI interface, my EliteBook 2730p being just one example.

If a virtual machine will do it for you, Oracle's VirtualBox allows you to create a UEFI-eabled VM.
