Now, I realize the potential mobos I am about to list are both micro atx, and are probably a bare minimum. But in order for everything to fit into my budget (very strict $800), I've got to go with one of these cheap mobos : /
I'd get the gigabyte because it has better review which could indicate higher reliability, and is a bit cheaper. Neither offers any clear advantage over the other except the HDMI output(which you won't need anyways cause you're buying a dedicated card).
My choice would be the Asrock. If you put a large(ish) graphic card in the GB board, you'll cover 2 of your SATA II ports. The AR board has 2 chassis fan headers for monitoring and letting the BIOS control a front and rear fan. The GB, only one. And the GB only has a 4 pin CPU power header if you're into O/Cing. (not a major drawback, but something to think about)
