Multimedia audio controller code 28 error after installing 64bit

This error started right after installed 64 bit.I tried to install sound drivers but problem is still there , i tried everything but its not working help

my motherboard: ASUS P5KPL-AM SE

If you are sure that you deleted the old audio driver and installed the 64 bit driver (make sure it's 64) from the asus site, with security and firewall turned off,...

And it still won't work,

Probably need a good motherboard.
