More about help
  1. btw the monitor isnt included in the budget range
so $700 for the pc, monitor excluded
  2. im not gonna overclock so i dont think i will need i5 2500k
  3. the K version is only $10 more and allows for some combos on newegg so in my build it saved $6. plus this build can be overclocked if you decide to in the future. better to leave some options open. i was trying to fit an I5 in the build you could go with amd or the i3 and get a better mobo and case. I was grasping at straws on the case.
  4. i was thinking of i5-2400 which is $149 at microcenter
  5. ^ That's not $149 online though. Only $149 instore.
  6. i dont mind picking it up
  7. well this is what i got so far

but its a little over budget (like $50 over budget after rebates)

    http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0364087
plus the i5-2400 total $242 with tax before $15 rebate

*i dont know what is required to sli/crossfire
but that mobo said it supports it and the psu i picked says it is sli/crossfire ready
so does that mean that i can sli/crossfire?
not that im gonna do it but maybe in like a couple of years when i need an upgrade
  11. Yeah looks good
  12. thanks
    oh and one more thing
the computer case that i got only comes with 1 fan with it
    is that sufficient vent?
or should i pick diff case with more fans? or buy a cooling fan
  13. Should be good.
  14. Btw I play mostly mmorpg games but I will be trying some fps like crysis2 or battlefield
  15. Your system should run just fine.
