ASUs z9PE D8 - USB Issues

I have a new ASUs Z9PE D8 workstation mobo. None of the USB ports are working. I tried 2 keyboards and none are detected on any ports, USB 2 or 3. Tried unplugging the case headers to make sure not them. Also, reset the BIOS with the jumper but still no luck.

Anyone else seen this issue or is my Mobo just defective?

Did you download and install the latest chipset drivers from the asus website??? (turn off all security and firewall when installing drivers)

If it still won't work check in your bios settings and make sure the USB / plug and play is enabled.

If it still won't work... think how nice Intel and Gigabyte boards are these days.
Yes it's probably a defect board.
