I just installed a new ssd and now get no sound?

Im using my monitor's integrated speakers and the compputer wont recognize the audio at all i tried the front panel and the rear but nothings worked please help. my mobo is asus p8p67 pro. The realtek audio manager doesnt pop up when i plug something in. also, i had to manually install realtek audio manager (from the internet) pleze help me.

When you installed the SSD did you put your OS on it? if yes, did you reinstall all the drivers?

Yes I reinstalled the driversd it be that i need a new sound card or is it fixabloe?

do you have a dedicated sound card or is it on-board? if it's dedicated, check that it's seated and hooked up properly
