Asus M5A78L-M/USB 3 Bottle necking

Hello,
I am thinking of building a budget gaming pc and found the Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 motherboard at an amazingly cheap price. But later thought it may be too cheap. Do you think this motherboard could bottle neck a system with an AMD Phenom II x4 and a Sapphire HD 6870 ? If you think it could I would be very great full if you could supply some alternatives (preferably Asus)

Motherboards don't generally cause bottlenecks, the cheaper ones just have less features and more constrained abilities (like OC'ing).
