Can a ATI Radeon HD 6850 Max Out Metro 2033 ?

If it can max out then how much FPS will I get at 1600*900 with 8GB RAM and Phenom II X4 955?
And if not then at what resolution or settings?

On DX9 you can max it out.There is a huge FPS difference between DX9 and DX11 but the effects that DX11 makes are minor

not in dx11 for that matter there is no single gpu on the market that can fully max it out at 1080p but really 16X9 is not that far off

In other words, the HD 6850 will not max out Metro 2033.

But Metro 2033 will max out the HD 6850.

The link that JackNaylorPE posted is with DX11.
I tested the game with 5970 and on 1080 settings,I got about 20-30FPS with DX11/everything maxed out but when I switched to DX9,I got 60-70FPS(I was amazed by the 40 FPS increase),so on DX9 you shouldn't have any problems
