ASRock Z77 Extreme4 - FANS HELP

Ok guys my new mobo is in the title and I'm having trouble wrapping my head around how I'm going to do my fans, basically I have 4 fans:

2 came with the case: Antec TwoCool. They have Molex connectors and a little fan control switch, so am I right in thinking these are best to go in the PSU molex connectors and I can control the speed with the switches?

2 I bought: CoolerMaster SickleFlow 120mm. They have 3 pin connectors. They run at 2000rpm which is a little high for me so I want to lower it. I know in my mobo there is a section for fan control, so if I plug these fans into the 'CHA_FAN' connections on my mobo I be able to control the rpms?

You can set the fans that plug into the motherboard by duty cycle or a predefined fan speed setting. They have things like "Silent", "Normal", "Turbo" each respectively running the fans up quicker.

And this will work over 3 pin? What is duty cycle? And I assume those modes are essentially just RPM changes? thanks
