HP Pavilion Power Supply

Ok so I have had this laptop for about 3 years now and I have a question. There is a power block that plugs into the wall outlet and then into the side of my computer. However, recently I can hear clicking noises coming from inside of it. I'm not sure what to think of this as it has never happened before. Anybody know what could cause this?

if it is from the power transformer that connect to ac well you better strat searching for a new one before it completely fail
