I have recently updated from a 9800GT to a GTX460 1GB version and I have some questions about how it's running.

In many things, the card works great, showing a huge difference compared to my old card. I can run Bad Company 2 in max settings on dx11 now, I can finally play Metro 2033, Crysis 2 on the 'Extreme' setting. But, in some other games ((Mainly source engine games)) it doesn't seem to work as good.
In Team Fortress 2 and Counter-Strike source I seem to be getting the same framerate as before, sometimes even lower. The framerate seems to be unstable, changing constantly and extremely quickly. Anyone have a clue of why this is happening?

Well, it greatly differs. In TF2 and CSS depending on where I'm standing it can be anywhere between the upper 100s to dipping down into the low 30s and 20s, But I'd say most of the time it's in the mid to lower 30s.

But then in games like Bad Company 2 I play in Direct x 11 with frames in the high 50s to 70s. I honestly have no clue what's going on.
