I wanted new CPU for video editing
can any one suggest me between
AMD X6 1090t or AMD X$ 965BE or AMD FX 8120
Also plz suggest me good mobo under 200$

i5-2500k out performs all of these cpus. Also with the z68 chipset video editing will run very very smooth.

actually i was thinking more towards amd as moi last cpu Q6600 was a perfect failure

For video editing (The encoding portion of it) the kings of that realm are the i7-2600K, FX-8150, and i7-990X. The 2500K might MIGHT be faster than the FX8150 but I highly doubt it as the FX-8150 keeps up with the 2600K most of the time (2600K has Hyperthreading that boosts performance in those applications by 30-40% add to that a slight clock speed boost).

Out of your original list the 8120 was the fastest. The 2500K is best for single threaded applications and most Games.
