I am looking to do my first build and these are the specs that i have come up with. I believe everything is compatible and at price point before mail in rebates. I will be using this system to SLI gtx 560's for gaming, some video rendering/editing, overclocking, multitasking. Any advice or suggestions before I go to purchase?

Thanx for the motherboard i didn't realize that the one i had chosen wasn't a z68 chipset.

The power supply I will most likely keep as is to be safe and also for a bit of future proofing.
