Looking for advice or repairing psu.

I have a OCZGSX1010 that died about 2 months after I bought it. I can't find the receipt and ocz requires one to warranty refurbs.

I've looked online at various guides but I can't seem to find anything on the problem I have.
I shorted out pins 15 and 16, then flipped the switch. I can hear a faint repeating click coming from the power supply. Only pin 9 has any voltage and it's about 3v. Before I get too involved, does anyone have a good idea on what I should be looking for?

I have a fair amount of background with electronics but I want to learn the repair aspect. I have already purchased a new power supply.

Forget to mention pin 16 fluctuates around 2v

You're going to need a multi meter (VoltMeter) and will need to check to see which components are blown... and a real background in electronics....

I've taken electronics in hs, worked between 12v and 200kv for years. I can not find any kind of schematic for this power supply but I did find a blown cap. I'll replace it tonight and see where that leaves me.

When you try to open RMA with your item.
Don't need original box with them.
Model number and serial number is on your psu sticker.
give them does info and get RMA number
good to go~ ^^

I bought it from new egg. It wasn't listed on the receipt along with all the other parts. The sn was defaced.
