Are my Processor and Graphics Card upgrades compatible with my Mobo?

I am using an Advent Centurion CPQ9104, I was planning to upgrade the Processor and Graphics Card

Will the Foxconn A7VMX-K Motherboard be compatible with the AMD FX-6 Core Black Edition with an AM3+ Socket Processor and the
SAPPHIRE AMD Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition PCI-e 3.0 Graphics Card - 1 GB ?

You won't be able to get that processor (different socket), but the video card will work just fine!

Cheers!, will look into upgrading the Mother Board at some point !, any cheap suggestions to use the processor I was wanting to use?
