Need to know fast will this work?

i am building a new pc don't worry about the case or power supply i just need to know if this is gonna work and not conflict i don't need to know if i should get some thing better i have a money limit but on with the items will this work?

just looked around i cant see any problems with any of the components
the cpu will fit as they are both 1155 socket and the ram is the right type and speed for your mobo (the xms3 ram modules are brill i have them in my pc)
the hard drive is perfect for a first build i have 5 of them and they are perfectly good for everyday use.
the dvd burner will work with the sata ports on the mobo

I'd swap the hard drive for a Samsung F3 1TB, but otherwise, ts great
